COVID-19 CLINIC NOTICE
To Our Valued Patients and Customers,
Due to the Global Pandemic of COVID-19, we have made some changes to ensure that our health and safety measures follow the guidelines of the Provincial Government.
As of December 8, 2020:
Our Clinic is based by APPOINTMENT ONLY for ANY*/ ALL* visits. This will ensure the safe practice of social distancing and sanitizing between visits for our staff, doctors, and most importantly our patients and customers.
Face Masks are MANDATORY during visits and appointments.
If you are unable to make an appointment for your visit please give us a call before coming in. This includes any/all emergencies.
Upon your arrival, we will ask you to sanitize your hands, wear a face mask, and will be taking your temperature. We allow one other household member to join you for your appointment if necessary. However, during the eye exam we only allow one patient in the exam room at a time to allow for the recommended practice of social distancing. Exemptions exist for those unable to complete the eye exam on their own.
We ask that all those with appointments who are experiencing COVID-like symptoms or travelled to stay home, quarantine, and call HealthLink 811. For more information, please visit Alberta/Covid-19 Here.
*If you have an appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 12 hours notice before cancelling. In doing so, this allows other patients in need of eye care to be able to take your appointment time. We will be issuing a $30 Late Cancel/No Show fee if less than 12 hours notice is given. More info about our Appointment Policy Here.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation by following our Office Policies to help us stay open and safe.
